• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology

Our platform offers both free and premium services:

• Premium plans provide access to all builders, AI features, and premium templates
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Cancellation terms are governed by your selected plan and applicable billing cycle
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy →
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay

• You grant us a license to process your data for service delivery
• Unauthorized copying or distribution of our templates is prohibited

• ResumeCareerAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for job application outcomes or hiring decisions
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We are not responsible for third-party integrations or external links

• You may delete your account at any time from account settings
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for terms violations
• Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon account deletion

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResumeCareerAI, its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory actions, labor disputes, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
