Quick Summary: Refunds are generally not applicable after download, delivery, or service usage. Refunds may be considered for failed activation, duplicate payment, or confirmed platform issues.

Important Notice: This is a non-tangible, irrevocable digital service.

Once access is granted, a service is activated, or a document is downloaded, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. Refunds are generally not applicable in such cases under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, except for the limited circumstances described below.

When Refund is Allowed

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Payment successful but service not activated:

    If payment is successfully processed but the service/plan is not activated in your account

  • Technical issue from our side:

    If there is a confirmed technical issue from our platform that prevents usage

  • Duplicate payment:

    If the same payment is charged multiple times for a single transaction

Important: Refund request must be raised within 48 hours of payment.

When Refund is NOT Allowed

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

  • CV downloaded or exported: Digital product has been delivered and consumed
  • Subscription partially used: Service has been accessed during the billing period
  • Change of mind: Buyer's remorse after voluntary purchase
  • User error (wrong email, wrong plan): Error made by user during purchase process
  • Failure to cancel subscription on time: Auto-renewal occurred due to user not canceling in time
  • Account suspension or termination: Service terminated due to violation of terms of service

🔁 Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but no refund will apply for the current billing cycle. Users will retain access until the end of the current paid period.

Auto-Renewal Notice: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

How to Cancel:

  • User account dashboard
  • Email request to support team
  • Self-service cancellation link

Effect of Cancellation:

  • Stops future billing
  • No refund for current billing cycle
  • Access continues until end of current paid period

Unauthorized chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension while the matter is reviewed.


💳 Refund Processing & GST

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days from approval date
  • Refund credited to original payment method:
    • - Razorpay (for India) - INR transactions
    • - PayPal (for International) - USD/other currencies
    • - Bank processing time: 5-10 business days additional
  • For India: GST amount (18%) will also be refunded for all eligible refunds as per GST regulations
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Razorpay and PayPal. We do not store your complete payment card details.
  • Email confirmation sent once refund is initiated with transaction reference

  • 4. Our team reviews eligible requests within 48 hours

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, suspicious activity, or fraudulent conduct.
